The Ethanol Revolution is offering a standalone automation module for any existing small distillery.

We exist to pave the road to market for small producers

Small scale distillation and fermentation is labor intensive, but no longer, with the Ethanol Revolution Automation Module, you can spend your time doing what you love most.

Automation Module

Small Scale Distillation Made Effortless

Most distilleries have the same basic parts and therefore the Freedom Still 3500's automation box can be used on any similarly sized electrically heated distillery. Beyond just automating your distillation, the FS3500 Automation Module can also manage your fermentation from beginning to end. If you add the Sugar Mixer and Yeast Pitching module, then all you need to do is fill the Sugar Mixer with Sugar and the Yeast Pitcher with yeast, press the start button and then the system will prepare the wort and mash, manage fermentation, operation and pass off to the distillery.

Is The FS-3500 for me?

If you or your company purchase barrels of ethanol or other alcohol types you are likely paying too much and missing the opportunity to supplement your revenue stream by producing more than you consume.

If you ever considered distillation before but decided it was too expensive, complicated, or you just didn't have enough space, the FS3500 will almost certainly fit your budget, time and location.

If fuel and economic sovereignty is important to you, the FS3500 is a path to creating high quality, clean liquid fuel for you and your community.

The Product

The Freedom Still 3500 is a fully modern distillery with flexibility of product built in. The still can produce either 90% ethanol or 100% ethanol with an additional attachment.

Designed to produce a reliable consistent product with minimal labor, the primary activities of the operator are procuring sugar, pressing the start button, and moving the product to storage.

Your purchase of this machine is only the beginning for us. We are successful when we are lifting ourselves up along with our collaborators, building the future of work together.
